My eye for detail ensures I can manage multiple projects efficiently, while I remain invested in the quality of the creative and fostering an environment where everyone shines.

Adaptable Communicator: I value transparent communication and open dialogue. I thrive jumping into new settings and always ensure I understand the dynamics so I can adapt my approach to various internal organizational structures and clients / stakeholders.

Tool Obsessed Savvy: I’m adept at navigating project management tools, optimizing workflows, and finding the right tools to maximize efficiency and transparency. I’m super comfortable with Google Suite, iCloud, MS Office and platforms like Monday, Smartsheet, Asana, and Harvest. Want to try a new one? Let me at it!

Operations Leader: I regularly develop documentation such as production best practices, schedules, and agreements as well as scheduling, resourcing, reporting, etc. templates for PM teams to maximize efficiency. I love supporting a culture of learning and regularly mentor newer team members.

I 🖤 Collaboration: I’m experienced sourcing talented creatives and vendors, negotiating fair rates, writing clear SOWs, and stretching budgets. Not much can get done without a reliable team and I handle those relationships with care but never shy away from providing honest feedback to ensure the best possible outcome.

She Persists: Though I always seek to anticipate issues and proactively address them, when unexpected challenges or creative hiccups arise? No sweat! I take a deep breath and remain solutions-oriented to keep projects on track.

When I’m not producing, I’m dancing with my four year old and trying to get my bulldog Grandpa up off the dang couch. I love to travel, sew, eat great food with my husband (but mostly tacos), and am ever searching for the perfect mezcal margarita.
