Role: Creative Producer / Project Manager

As a new mom at the time, I absolutely loved working on this project with the lovely folks at Nemo Design. Willow, the creator of a hands-free breast pump, set out to develop an app for new parents covering topics from baby communication and sleep guides to postpartum mental health.

We created dynamic and cohesive app content including expert and parent/baby instructional videos, audio stories, illustrations, and an animated launch video.

Each subject module represented about 140 deliverables. A key challenge I focused on, outside of producing and tracking the volume, was understanding how the modules interconnected and planning which type of asset would represent the content best creatively and in a cost-effective way that could scale across future content. I also led and resourced production in North Carolina and the Bay Area to execute expert video shoots and voiceovers.
